What counts as a fill?
One click of Fill form is one fill — no matter how many fields the page has. A 60-field Workday application costs exactly the same as a 3-field newsletter signup.
If a fill fails, it does not count. Most people filling the odd checkout or signup form never reach 30 fills in a month. People applying for jobs usually pass it in the first week.

Pricing questions
What counts as a fill? +
One click of "Fill form" is one fill, however many fields the page has. A form with 60 fields costs the same as one with 3. If the fill fails, it does not count against your 30 free fills.
What happens when I run out of free fills? +
Fill Hero keeps working — your counter resets on the 1st of each month, and your templates stay where they are. If you need more before then, Pro gives you unlimited fills from $7.99 a month.
Do I need an account? +
Not for the free plan — there is nothing to sign up for. If you buy Pro you enter your email at checkout, and Pro unlocks in that browser automatically. To use it in another browser, tap Restore purchase and we email you a 6-digit code.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Open Manage subscription in the extension and cancel in one click. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds? +
Yes — email [email protected] within 14 days of your payment and we refund it, no questions asked.
What happens after the 3-month Job Hunt Pass ends? +
You go back to the free plan automatically. There is no auto-renewal and your card is never charged again, so if your search runs long you buy another pass or switch to monthly Pro.
Do unused fills roll over? +
No. The free plan starts fresh each calendar month.
Is my data stored? +
To fill a form, the page's field labels and the text you pasted are sent to our server and on to our AI provider. We do not keep them once the fill is done. Your templates stay in your browser. For paying users we store an email address, a subscription status, and a count of fills used.
