Data Processing

• We process form content in real-time to provide AI-powered form filling
• Form data is transmitted securely to our servers and LLM providers for processing
• We DO NOT store any form data after processing is complete
• All processing is temporary and transaction-based

Data Transmission

We transmit data to:

• Our servers for processing form requests
• Third-party LLM providers:

• OpenAI (Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic (Privacy Policy)
• Google (Privacy Policy)

Plan and Payment Data

Fill Hero has a free plan and paid plans. To apply plan limits, unlock paid features, and understand how Fill Hero is used, we store:

• A random device identifier generated in your browser. It is not linked to your identity and we do not use it to track you across sites.
• Daily counts of form fills per device, and usage events such as reaching the free limit, opening the upgrade screen, or starting a checkout. None of this includes anything you type into a form.
• For paying customers: the email address used at checkout, the plan purchased, and its status and renewal date.

Payments are handled by our payment provider, Creem, acting as Merchant of Record. Card details go directly to Creem and are never sent to or stored by us. We use your email address only to deliver receipts, sign-in codes for restoring a purchase on another device, and essential service messages.

Browser Permissions

Fill Hero requires minimal permissions:

• Access to current webpage content

What We Don't Do

We DO NOT:

• Store any form data after the fill is complete
• Track browsing history
• Use cookies or advertising trackers in the Extension
• Collect personal information beyond what is listed under "Plan and Payment Data"
• Sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers
• Use analytics inside the Extension. Our website (fillhero.com) uses self-hosted, cookieless analytics that records aggregate page views only.

Data Security

• All data transmission is encrypted
• No permanent storage means minimal security risks
• We follow best practices for secure data transmission

Our Privacy Commitment

Fill Hero is designed to provide intelligent form-filling while respecting your privacy. We need to process the text you paste and the fields on the page to fill a form, but that processing is temporary: form content is never kept once the fill is done. The only data we keep is the minimum needed to run plans and billing — a device identifier, daily fill counts and usage events, and, for paying customers, an email address and subscription status.
