By installing and using Fill Hero ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

1. Service Description

Fill Hero is a Chrome browser extension that uses AI to analyze web forms and automatically fill form fields based on user-provided text input. Fill Hero offers a free plan and optional paid plans, described on our Pricing page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fill Hero. By using the Extension, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fill Hero to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Use the Extension for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity

4. Intellectual Property

Fill Hero, including its software, branding, and design, is the property of Fill Hero and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal use only.

5. User Data

Your use of Fill Hero is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store your form data after processing. All data transmission is encrypted and temporary.

6. Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Fill Hero is offered on a free plan and on paid plans. Current prices, included usage, and features are listed on our Pricing page, which forms part of these Terms.

• Free plan: includes a fixed number of form fills per calendar month. The counter resets on the first day of each month and unused fills do not carry over.
• Pro: a subscription billed monthly or yearly. It renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Job Hunt Pass: a single payment that unlocks Pro features for three months. It does not renew and your payment method is not charged again.
• Fair use: "unlimited" fills are intended for normal personal use. We may contact you, apply rate limits, or suspend access if usage is automated, resold, or materially exceeds typical individual use.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Creem, acting as Merchant of Record. Creem is the seller of record for your purchase, issues your receipt, and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT. We never receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and taxes may be added at checkout.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal linked inside the Extension. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds: if you are not happy with a paid plan, email [email protected] within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full. We may decline repeated refund requests from the same customer. If we change prices, existing subscribers are notified before the change takes effect at their next renewal.

7. Third-Party Services

Fill Hero may integrate with third-party services, including LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

Fill Hero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will correctly fill every form field. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all filled information before submission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fill Hero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fill Hero at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
